Portfolio Annex is located at 25 West Hubbard Street, on the second floor of the Chicago Portfolio School building, in the heart of the River North dining and club district.

Our recently completed gallery/exhibit space renovation is a contemporary brick and timber loft featuring concrete floors, and innovative lighting design.

The large open space can accommodate 100+ for sit down receptions and 200+ for cocktails. The 2nd floor Annex has separate men's and women's restrooms as well as a cloak room and small service kitchen. Access is by private elevator entrance from the street lobby, or by stairs from a separate street entrance.
